Once the order is placed, a business day is needed for e-commerce approval and the arrival of merchandise may be the next 4 to 10 business days. Items are not guaranteed, if an item is sold out the customer will be notified immediately via email or telephone. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and expected date of delivery.

• If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns.
  
  
• Returns and exchanges for online orders only are accepted on merchandise within 21 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.
  
  
• All sale items and accessories are a final sale.
  
  
• PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  
  
• Online purchases MUST be returned to the address below and may not be returned to Katherine’s store location. Katherine’s store location purchases must be returned to place of purchase for exchange or store credit.
  
  
• Please include the provided Return/Exchange Form (download PDF) and a copy of your receipt.
  
  
• Your approved return will not be processed until we have received your original order.
  
  
• Your original credit card used for purchase will be credited less shipping charges.
